Jon Wolf Announced as General Session Speaker

The National Board announces Jon Wolf, Senior Risk Engineering Consultant-Machinery Breakdown, with The Zurich Services Corporation, will address the 86th General Meeting May 8, 2017, in Anchorage, Alaska. His presentation is entitled, “The Triad Relationship, Making Historical Boilers Safe.”

Mr. Wolf has 32 years of experience in machinery boiler risks. He has a bachelor of science - industrial education, from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. Wolf’s activities include performing risk evaluations for boilers, chillers, electrical distribution systems, generators, and production equipment and assisting clients in finding and making critical risk improvements for their businesses. He also conducts accident investigations and jurisdictional-required inspections.

In addition, he works with underwriters and agents to reduce risk exposure and write profitable insurance business. He has experience with the manufacturing and repair of ASME vessels, and supervises R Stamp holders to maintain their R Stamp and certification for repair of ASME boilers and unfired pressure vessels. Mr. Wolf holds National Board IS and AI commissions, and B and R endorsements.
