Memorandum of Understanding

Executive Director David Douin recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Code Council (ICC). The National Board and International Code Council, in recognition of shared interests, support the Memorandum to jointly advance and promote the mutual interests of safety in the installation and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels.
