Miller to Represent State of Tennessee

Justin Miller is the newest member representing the state of Tennessee.

He holds a National Board IS Commission.

Mr. Miller previously worked in the Resident Engineer’s Office for the North Carolina Department of Transportation after having worked with the Clinton Utilities Board in Clinton, Tennessee.
