When the application has been accepted, the National Board will provide an invoice in conjunction with the issue of the Certificate and Commission Card. The National Board will accept a check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. For security reasons, the National Board does not accept credit card payments via email. If a credit card payment is preferred, please call the National Board Accounting Department at 614.888.8320 ext. 217 or fax the information to 614.985.4615.
