Kevin Crimi Named to Advisory Committee

Kevin Crimi was elected to the Advisory Committee, of boiler and pressure vessel users, during the NBBI Board of Trustees meeting on May 9 in Denver.

Crimi is operations manager at Reworld in West Wareham, Massachusetts, where he oversees the safe and environmentally compliant operation of boilers and turbine generators. He has more than 35 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, training, and supervision, having advanced through positions including auxiliary operator, control room operator, shift supervisor, and operations manager.

He also serves as acting chief engineer for the Reworld SEMASS first-class plant and is an approved monitor for boiler and turbine continuing education licensing in the state.

Crimi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marine engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. His professional credentials include a Massachusetts First Class Engineer’s License, Certified Green Belt designation, and ASME Chief Facility Operator certification.

Crimi will complete an unexpired term on the committee. Members may serve two three-year terms.
