New Website Coming Soon!

On Monday, November 2, NBBI will launch several changes to our website to improve the user experience. The nationalboard.org website and the Business Center will now look and function like one website.

Single Sign-On Using Your Business Center Account

Before, the nationalboard.org website and the Business Center had separate logins. With this update, you will only use your individual Business Center login when you log into the website. No second password. No separate individual account to manage. If you already have a website account, the system will automatically link it to your Business Center login.

If you don't have a website account, one will be created for you. No action is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Company Administrator and Certificate Administrator accounts will still be a separate login since company services have different requirements than individual services.

Single Navigation Menu

The nationalboard.org website and the Business Center will share the same navigation menu at the top of the page, making it easier to navigate between the website and Business Center.

• Users will no longer need to navigate to a Business Center home page to access these items.
• All training items will be accessible under the Learning & Development tab.
• The View/Edit My Profile link will appear in the top right corner after you log in instead of in the navigation menu.

New Home Page

The NBBI website will feature a redesigned home page that better highlights our mission, services, and resources. Also, since the website and Business Center will share the same navigation menu and login system, a separate home page for the Business Center is no longer necessary.
