General Meeting Registration
To register online, click here. This allows General Meeting attendees to process payment and receive a receipt and email confirmation at time of online registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Online and telephone registration will end at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) on April 15. Any registrations after this deadline will need to be done on-site during the General Meeting.
To register for all tours, visit the National Board on-site registration desk at The Grand America Hotel located in the Grand Ballroom Offices North and South. On-site registration desk hours are :
- Sunday, May 5 . . . 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Monday, May 6 . . . 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, May 7 . . . 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Only one registration fee will be charged for each ATTENDEE and one GUEST. Each registration fee includes ONE Wednesday Evening Banquet ticket.
- Registration fee is $450.00 if received on or before April 15 (4:30 p.m. EDT).
- Registration fee is $495.00 after April 15 — on-site only.
ADDITIONAL GUEST fee is $235.00 each. Includes one Wednesday Evening Banquet ticket.
ADDITIONAL WEDNESDAY EVENING BANQUET TICKET is $85.00 each.
Due to the popularity of General Meetings, the National Board has assembled a set of guidelines to promote attendee understanding of the registration process and fees. More important for our attendees and guests, these guidelines are intended to maximize the General Meeting experience for everyone in attendance.
GENERAL MEETING ATTENDEE is the primary registrant who may attend most functions sponsored by the National Board, including Opening Session and General Session, Member meetings, Wednesday Outing, Wednesday Evening Banquet, and also ASME Committee meetings. General Meeting Attendees are not permitted on the Tuesday Guest tour. Fee entitles Attendee to one General Meeting gift. Each fee allows Attendee to register one Guest. Each fee includes one Wednesday Evening Banquet ticket.
GUEST is a spouse/domestic partner or family member only of Attendee (no professional or staff associates). He/she may attend Opening Session, the Tuesday tour, as well as the Wednesday Outing. Guests may also attend Wednesday Evening Banquet by purchasing an additional Banquet ticket.
ADDITIONAL GUEST is a family member only of Attendee (no professional or staff associates). Additional Guests may register for a fee of $235 per person. Fee entitles each Additional Guest to attend Opening Session, the Tuesday tour, Wednesday Outing, and Wednesday Evening Banquet (ticket included in fee).
GENERAL MEETING TOURS: Tour attendance is determined on first-come basis. Because some events may be limited in size, no Guest or Additional Guest tour participation is guaranteed or implied. All Guests and Additional Guests are kindly advised to review tour options prior to visiting the National Board registration desk. It is the responsibility of Guests and Additional Guests to make necessary registration arrangements before tour registration is closed.
