New Members in Arkansas and Florida Announced

 

David Sullivan is the new National Board member representing the state of Arkansas. Mr. Sullivan attended Maine Maritime Academy where he received his bachelor of science in marine engineering. He has more than 23 years of experience working as a licensed marine engineer on various ships. In February 2006, Mr. Sullivan joined the Arkansas Department of Labor/Boiler Inspection Division as a boiler inspector, eventually becoming chief inspector in 2018.

 

David Warburton is the new National Board member representing the state of Florida. Mr. Warburton attended Gloucester County Vocational, where he studied drafting and design, as well as construction technology. His professional work experience started in 1986 working as a boilermaker/ welder at the Philadelphia Naval Ship Yard (PNSY). He served in the Coast Guard from 1988 to 1992. In 2006, he moved back East and continued to work as a boilermaker/welder/pipefitter. In January of 2013, Mr. Warburton became a senior deputy boiler inspector with the state of Delaware. He was named chief boiler inspector for the state of Florida in October 2018.
