VR Seminar Returns to Houston
The Pressure Relief Valve Repair Seminar (VR) is once again returning to the popular location of Houston, Texas! This class will be held September 21-25, 2020, at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake hotel.
The off-site version of the VR Seminar is a 4-1/2 day training session and includes topics such as inspection, assembly and repair of pressure relief valves. Students gain practical knowledge on preparing quality control programs, repair and alteration rules, qualifications and use of standard welding procedures, basic codes of construction, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
Additionally, the National Board VR Accreditation Program and the T/O mark for the inservice testing of pressure relief valves are also covered. On the last day of the training an examination is offered to students.
Seminar tuition is $1,700/student. Enrollment is open and available from the Classroom Training Catalog.
