National Board Welcomes its Newest Member

Michael Carlson is the new member representing the state of Washington.

Mr. Carlson attended Shoreline Community College. He has worked as a pressure vessel inspector for the state of Washington since 2002, and brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including past employment as a jurisdictional inspector with Hartford Steam Boiler, and a building operating engineer with Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. He has twice served as chair of the Washington State Boiler Inspectors Association.

Carlson serves as the chief boiler and pressure vessel inspector for the state of Washington.
