William McGivney received the 20-year service award, and Eben Creaser received the 15-year award. Mark Jordan, Aaron Lorimor, Trevor Seime, and John Sharier received 10-year awards. David Brockerville, Mike Carlson, Aijalon Denham, Rajesh Kamboj, Steve Noonan, and Eddie Wiggins received five-year awards.
McGivney has worked for the City of New York's Department of Buildings since 1984 and became a member in 2005.
Creaser, who represents the province of New Brunswick, worked at New Brunswick Power Corporation (NB Power) for 18 years before joining the province. ADD BOT
Jordan represents the commonwealth of Kentucky. He joined the commonwealth in 2005 as a boiler inspector.
Lorimor became South Dakota’s chief after joining the state as deputy boiler inspector in 2012.
Seime, who represents the state of North Dakota, joined the state as deputy inspector in 2006. He is also a Board of Trustees At Large Member.
Sharier represents the state of Ohio. He joined the state in 2004 as a boiler inspector and was promoted to boiler inspector supervisor in 2012.
Brockerville, who represents the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, began working for the province in 2010 as manager of engineering services.
Carlson represents the state of Washington. He joined the state in 2002 as an inspector.
Denham, who represents the city of Detroit, first joined the city in 2019.
Kamboj represents the province of British Columbia, having become a member after serving as the province’s senior safety officer.
Noonan became Maryland’s chief after serving as a boiler inspector since 2017.
Wiggins, who represents the state of Alabama, has more than 40 years of industry experience.
Awardees received a pin and certificate. NBBI members are eligible to receive an award upon completion of five years and at the end of every five years thereafter.
