NBIC Meeting Registration

All attendees (in-person and remote) are required to register for the meeting. Registration helps NBIC staff with the planning process. In addition:

  • In-person attendees: Registering ensures you get a badge onsite and allows you to sign up for the Wednesday reception and Thursday meals.
  • Remote attendees: Registering gives you access to the online links for the meetings you plan to attend.

All attendees will receive a confirmation email after registering. Use the link and confirmation number in this email to modify or cancel your registration.

NBIC Hotel Booking

  • After registering for the NBIC meetings, in-person attendees will be prompted to book your hotel room.
  • Please book your hotel room by following the prompts. DO NOT book rooms on the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel – only use this link to access the special room rate of $229 (+ taxes and other applicable fees).
  • In-person attendees will receive a separate confirmation email for hotel booking. Use the link and acknowledgment number in this email to modify or cancel your hotel booking at any time up until the cutoff date, which is Friday, June 12, 2026. After the cutoff date, you will receive a hotel confirmation number. Once you receive this number, please contact the hotel directly with any changes to your hotel reservation.

NBBI Nightly Room Rate: $229.00 + taxes and applicable fees

NBIC attendees can receive the special room rate by clicking the link above and completing your in-person registration.

  • Each attendee is responsible for his or her own guest room, tax, other hotel fees (applicable porterage and gratuities), and incidental charges.
  • Rates are for single and double occupancy only. Each additional guest is $20.00 per night.
  • Reservations must be made no later than Friday, June 12, 2026.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date and confirmed by the hotel cancellation number in order to avoid an individual cancellation fee.
  • Contact the hotel directly regarding its room cancellation policy, early departure fees, and other pertinent reservation information.

NBIC Receptions

NBIC receptions are complimentary to all attendees and a guest (if applicable). If you plan to attend any of these events, please sign up through the In-Person Registration form above. Registration is FREE.

  • Wednesday  — The Wednesday Night Reception will be hosted at The Lucky H restaurant inside the hotel. Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

  • Thursday — Complimentary NBIC Breakfast & Lunch buffets will be served as follows:

    • Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM in Wyoming room on the first floor of the hotel.

    • Lunch: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Wyoming room on the first floor of the hotel.
