National Board Welcomes its Newest Member

David Brockerville is the new member representing the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Mr. Brockerville began working for the province in 2010 as manager of engineering services. He has more than two decades of experience, including past employment as a lead inspection engineer with the Hibernia Project and Sable Offshore Energy Project, and as an inspection/integrity engineer with Petro Canada.

He earned his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Lakehead University/College of the North Atlantic.

Brockerville serves as the director of engineering and inspection services /chief boiler and pressure vessel inspector for Newfoundland and Labrador.
