Cirilo Reyes retired as senior safety engineer of pressure vessels for the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety on July 25, 2021.

An NBBI member representing Los Angeles, California for over 10 years, Mr. Reyes spent more than four decades in the boiler and pressure vessel industry. Prior to joining the City of Los Angeles, he worked for The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company as an authorized inspector, from 1980 to 2006, following roles as a stationary engineer and production supervisor.
