Paul M. Wilcox retired as chief boiler inspector of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 1. Mr. Wilcox served in the US Air Force. He earned an associate degree in heating, ventilation, and refrigeration from Milwaukee Area Technical College. From 1983-1997 he worked as a heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) technician for multiple contractors. He joined the city of Milwaukee as a boiler inspector in 1997 and remained in that position until assuming the role of chief boiler inspector. Additionally, Mr. Wilcox has been a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society since 1985.
