INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Download, fill out and save the
NB-211, Application for Authorization to Register
to your computer.
OR
Print off the application, fill it out and scan it to your computer.
2)
To attach your application, press the Browse button, locate the
completed application you saved on
your
computer, left click it and press Open. Then, press Submit to transfer the file
to The National Board.
