Owner-User Inspection Organizations


An Owner-User Inspection Organization (OUIO) is an owner-user of pressure equipment that maintains an established inspection program and whose organization and inspection procedures meet the requirements of NB-371, Accreditation of Owner-User Inspection Organizations   (en Español) and are acceptable to the jurisdictional authority where the owner-user is located. Organizations seeking accreditation by the National Board should complete NB-463, Application for the National Board Certificate of Accreditation/Acceptance for Authorized Inspection Agencies (AIA's), Federal Inspection Agencies (FIA's) and Owner Users (OUIO's).
