Welcome New Member and Congratulations on Member Retirements

 

Gary Teel is the new member representing the state of California. Mr. Teel attended West Coast University where he studied mechanical engineering. His professional experience includes working as a boilermaker, inspector and chief inspector, and a materials and corrosion engineer with Mobil Oil Corporation. He joined the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health in 2001 and currently serves as acting principal engineer.

 

 

Karl J. Kraft retired as the chief boiler inspector with the state of Maryland on January 3, 2020. A US Army veteran, Mr. Kraft graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in chemistry. He spent nearly 30 years with Bethlehem Steel as a staff engineer before being named chief inspector for Maryland in 2004. Kraft was honored at the 2019 General Meeting with a 15-year service award.

 

 

Terence J. Waldbillig retired as a boiler inspector III from the state of Wisconsin on November 4, 2019. A US Navy veteran, Mr. Waldbillig was employed with Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company as an inspector from 1979 to 1997. He joined the state of Wisconsin in 1998 and was elected to National Board membership in 2016.
